What you will do in your working day

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Technology Analysis:
    Analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for digital and technology solutions.
    Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and objectives.
  • IT Consultancy:
    Provide expert advice on the application of technology to meet business goals.
    Offer strategic guidance to clients on technology adoption, implementation, and optimization.
  • Digital Solution Development:
    Initiate, design, and contribute to the development of digital solutions tailored to client needs.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of technology projects.
  • Project Management:
    Manage digital and technology solutions projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project objectives.
    Apply Project Management methodologies to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Technical Leadership:
    Lead on digital technology solution activities within project teams.
    Provide technical leadership, guidance, and support to junior team members.
  • Client Collaboration:
  • Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of client requirements.
    Collaborate with clients to identify potential areas for technological improvement and innovation.
  • Innovation and Technology Evaluation:
    Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
    Research, investigate, and evaluate innovative technologies or approaches to enhance client solutions.
  • Security and Compliance:
    Apply security and resilience techniques, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
    Uphold ethical and legal standards in all technology-related activities.
  • Reporting and Communication:
    Effectively report progress and outcomes to clients and stakeholders using clear and concise language.
    Tailor communication styles to meet the needs of different audiences.

The successful candidate will work towards completing theDigital and Technology Solutions Professional with anintegrated degree at Level 6 specializing in IT Consultancyfromthe Institute for Apprenticeships & Technical Education.
