About the apprenticeship
As a Business Support Analyst, you'll work alongside our Audit professionals who deal with all sorts of different clients every day. Some are start up companies, others are well known brands. You'll be part of an important team called Engagement Support Services (ESS), who give business support to all our teams across Deloitte.
You'll support clients doing diverse tasks ranging from project management and analysing data to basic admin like drafting letters. Everything, in fact, to deliver a fantastic customer experience.
In ESS, you'll love our ‘can do' culture (our people tell us it is a great place to work!). We focus heavily on personal development, supporting your own goals through mentoring and giving great career advice through People Leader check ins and even a dedicated coach.
We also enjoy a great balance of social and team building events throughout the year. Wellbeing is especially important to us - evidenced by our monthly Wellbeing Hour and the opportunity to work flexibly.
To complete this apprenticeship, you will need to be based in Wales for the duration of the apprenticeship at least 51% of your working week and travel a minimum of 1 day a week to Cardiff & The Vale College.
We are a diverse team from a whole range of different backgrounds and experiences. There are certain skills, however, we're looking out for:
You're a proactive thinker. Whether it's putting forward new ideas to make an impact, completing a to-do list or using your initiative to solve problems, we're seeking individuals who can think smartly. You'll be able to work individually or as part of a team, able to organise your own workload. Should issues arise, you'll feel confident asking others for advice.
Good at building positive relationships. Someone who communicates well and wants to make a positive impact on both our customers and the teams they work with. You'll support projects that grow our business, without compromising standards, integrity, or culture. You'll live our values of inclusion and taking care of each other, so everyone feels they can be themselves in the workplace.
You love to learn. You'll be someone who embraces change, new ways of working and supporting team members at every step. You'll help support your team by building on your skills and knowledge, and sharing it to encourage a culture of growth.
