This Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant position will involve supporting students with ASD in multiple classes and subjects. It is important that you have had some experience of working with pupils on the autistic spectrum and understand the patience needed to provide good support.
It is an experienced team so you will benefit from the vast SEN knowledge of the other staff to further your professional development. The successful Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant will have the benefits of being trained by and learning from, outstanding SEN staff throughout the year.
