Administration Duties - Telephone, Using logistic software, dealing with customers, creating job sheets, general filing & admin duties.
Basic office skills like competently using a computer and associated equipment, with Microsoft office soft skills. Enough IT capacity to adapt to new programs and software when required.
A friendly & helpful phone manner with the ability to use initiative when helping customers with their queries. Determination to learn about the industry & our customers, to grow there skill set to help an ever adapting and established business.
