Duties

Customer Interaction: Receive inbound calls from customers, addressing queries and exploring opportunities to upsell products and services.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met with care and attention.
Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a keen attention to detail in understanding and accurately recording customer issues.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team and the COO, sharing knowledge and insights to enhance overall customer support.
Adherence to Values: Uphold and embody the principles and values of CPR Global Tech in all customer interactions.
Outbound Support: Proactively make outbound calls to address and resolve customer issues and concerns.
Ticket Management: Efficiently handle and document customer tickets, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
Online Chat Assistance: Assist customers through online chat platforms, offering technical support and guidance.
Technical Issue Resolution:Tackle and resolve technical-related issues, providing comprehensive solutions to customers.
