What you'll do
Our Apprentices are here to shape their careers, as well as gain on-the-job experience. You'll work right alongside your more experienced colleagues and be treated with the same respect from day one. But you'll also get extra time and support to help you gain your professional qualifications.
Depending on the business area you join it takes around 15 months to 5 years to complete BrightStart. At the end of your Apprenticeship, you'll be leading your own projects and managing your own teams.

260 UCAS points (104 in the new system) plus min. GCSE English Language grade B and Maths grade C.Future prospects Depending on the business area you join it takes around 15 months to 5 years to complete BrightStart. At the end of your Apprenticeship, you'll be leading your own projects and managing your own teams. Just imagine. Things to consider From 1st October 2016 The National Minimum Wage (NMW) rate for apprentices is £3.40 per hour. From April 2017 this rises to £3.50 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training.
