Vacancy description

Whilst providing the highest standard of service to all Northwood clients and ensuring their positive perception of the company and its services, the key activities of this role are:

  • Respond to all internet viewing requests
  • Book appointments within the diary
  • Proactive diary management to ensure the most effective use of time
  • Ring all viewers in advance of appointment to confirm attendance
  • To provide the highest standard of service to all Northwood tenants and landlords ensuring their positive perception of the company and its services
  • By effective usage of the NBS system and other standard operating procedures, ensure the highest standards of administration

General Duties:

  • Greet customers and prospective clients when they enter the office
  • Answer the telephone and deal with general enquiries
  • Promote our services to landlords, tenants & buyers
  • Support the lettings admin team as required
  • Ensure the office is kept clean and tidy at all times
  • Other duties as required to ensure the growth and smooth running of the company
