App and Web Developer Apprentice
As a member of a small team the successful candidate will be required to take part in almost every aspect of the business. A good understanding of programming is essential as the training will be very fast paced. Any experience with web design, photoshop or social media promotion would be an advantage.Personal qualities

5 GCSEs graded A-C including English Language and Maths or equivalent + a Level 3 qualification in Computing or IT or equivalent qualification.Future prospects Excellent. This is an opportunity to be a major part of the company rather than simply an employee and to be rewarded as such as the company grows. Things to consider This is going to be a very intense environment with most of the time, especially initially, involving just the two-people working on this project at the office. As such there is no place to hide and if you don't have the work ethic it will show really quickly. The current National Minimum Wage (NMW) for apprentices from the 1st October 2016 is £3.50 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged over 19 in the first year of their Apprenticeship. The new NMW applies to time working plus time spent training as this is also part of the Apprenticeship. Anyone not covered by this age category above will be entitled to the NMW appropriate for their age.
