The Student Advisor will proactively contact students at key points in their student journey, starting with a welcome call, as well of respond to incoming communications by telephone and email. This role has a key responsibility in the retention of students and removing any barriers to their study.

  • The student services team is a one stop shop for learners studying programmes of our partner university online.
  • The Student Advisor is responsible for supporting up to 200 students.
  • The Student advisor will proactively contact students at key points in their student journey, starting with a welcome call, as well of respond to incoming communications by telephone and email.
  • This role has a key responsibility in the retention of students and removing any barriers to their study.
  • The students' progress and all communications are tracked on a sophisticated CRM system and accurate record keeping is an important part of the role.
  • Our operation is white label and we operate under the name of the partner institution, there we have responsibility to ensure we uphold their ethos and standards, along with the deep knowledge of the partner's qualifications and regulations.

Qualifications required
  • A-C GCSE in Maths and English or equivelant are desirablefor the role.
Future prospects Once completion of the Apprenticeship there could potentially be the opportunity to progress onto higher level apprenticeships.
