Our data and analytics team digs deep to find the insight that really matters and brings data to life to inspire all around us. Working in all kinds of areas, our apprentices enjoy the coaching, training and support they need to make a big difference.
As well as learning by experience, delivering exciting projects, you'll study towards a qualification in Data & Analytics. While those all important details like the good salary and great perks will make you feel on top of the world.
Working on real digital data projects, you could find yourself actioning data requests or getting stuck into large data builds. You could audit our data or tackle data issues. Or you could look into data to solve customer problems, identify network issues or grow our sales. Data models. Data profiling. Data reporting. Data relationships. You'll get to grips with all kinds of data and learn how to make the most of it.
Don't worry, you won't be tucked away in a back office. We know better than most the importance of data. So, you'll take a front seat helping us to provide brilliant customer experiences and identify ways we can do things even better.Requirements and prospects Desired skills
Should have just left school, college or university. You might already have a few years' work experience under your belt. Either way, you'll need:
- To be a team player who can think for yourself
- Creativity, innovation, ambition and a real passion for digital tech
- To be a talented problem solver who won't stall when it comes to taking risks or tackling new challenges.
As well as a real passion for analysing data and making our customers happy by providing them with the best service possible, you must be a good communicator who loves working as part of a team. Able to untangle knotty problems, you should also be a superb organiser and eagle-eyed when it comes to the small detail.

This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year. Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year. The minimum wage rates are £5.60 an hour for 18-20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over. Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
