You'll be able communicate effectively and confidently at all levels by; telephone, face-to-face and writing. You will take a methodical and logical approach to problem solving diagnosing and resolution. You'll be an excellent team player with a drive to continuously learn and develop showing flexibility to work with different people on different projects.

    Qualifications required
    • At least five GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above including Maths, English and either IT or Science.
    • Ideally, you will have either a minimum of two A levels (or equivalent) a Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification or Level 3 BTEC
    Future prospects By working hard and demonstrating your ability, drive and commitment throughout your 16-24 month apprenticeship scheme, upon completion you will be offered a permanent contract ensuring you have further opportunities to continue growing within this exciting organisation. Things to consider The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.50 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year. Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year. The minimum wage rates are £5.60 an hour for 18-20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over. Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
