The role is new and exciting within a growing business, working alongside the Directors and Senior Management Team. This unique role offers excellent development within an innovative and supportive environment. We are rapidly expanding and need ambitious, hungry talent to drive the business forward.

Your duties will include

  • Implementing our business model and infrastructure throughout our growing national network of Law Firms.
  • Measuring the important targets of all Legal Advisors throughout the national network
  • Analysing training needs for individual Partner Practices to ensure they have the relevant knowledge and skill to hit their targets
  • Understand how to effectively manage change within different businesses
  • Continue to create a shared culture throughout the Right Legal Group for all new and existing Partner Practices in our network
  • Establishing relationships with Internal Departments to ensure we can meet the high demands of our Partner Practices
  • Be the centre point of all communications with our Partner Practice and internal departments
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Universities, Colleges and Local Training Providers to allow us to recruit the right staff into our Partner Practices

You will need to have

  • Confident when speaking to new and existing Partner Practices
  • Good problem solving with the ability to think on your feet
  • Be versatile to different situations

  • Organised to enable to support the growth of the individual Partner Practices and the Right Legal Group
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt your style to different situations

Qualifications required

You must have either

  • 3 A Levels a minimum of grade C or above - preferably including English, Maths or Business Administration (BTEC Level 3 also qualifies)
  • Full Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship

Degree applicants with a Non-Business related subject will also be considered

Future prospects Full training will be provided for the successful candidate, which will allow them to develop and progress within the company and help to achieve their career goals.

Things to consider Your salary will be negotiated during the final interview process dependent on many variables for eg: age, relevant qualifications and past experience, Salary range £10,900 - £13,750 per annum
