Are you a technical whizz? Do you love the latest technology? Shop Direct are looking for six bright sparks to join our Digital and Tech Solutions Degree Apprenticeship Programme.

Being a Shop Direct apprentice means you will get to study towards your degree and build up your experience at the same time. We will support you every step of the way - you won't need to pay for your university fees either!

Some key duties include:

  • Working within a team to execute exciting, cutting edge digital projects that will take Shop Direct to the next level.
  • Using technology effectively to improve things for your team and the wider business.
  • Building relationships with various teams, showcasing the power of our digital developments.

As an apprentice, you will spend the first year exploring the digital world and working with us to find your passion so that you can specialise from the second year in either Software Engineering, Data Analytics or IT Consultancy.

You will have a strong internal network, a dedicated mentor, and will be part of our exciting internal apprenticeship network. You will work with different teams to develop and implement a number of projects that will help to take Shop Direct to the next level. You will be the future of our digital capabilities.

Qualifications required
  • Candidates for the Degree Apprenticeship should have a minimum of 104-112 UCAS points at A2 (Grades BCC) or an equivalent e.g. BTEC DMM.
  • You will also require Maths and English Language GCSE or equivalent grade A*-C. We will individually evaluate candidates who do not meet these requirements, but have workplace experience.
