Vacancy description

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an ability to provide assistance to various departments. They will be task focused and able to process data in an accurate fashion in a quick-moving environment.

  • Sending and receiving emails
  • Postal duties
  • Filing and maintaining internal documents
  • Store and retrieve information
  • Processing paper work
  • Scanning documents
  • Franking post
  • Printing invoices
  • Photo copying
  • Payments over the phone
  • Invoicing
  • Greet guests
  • Diary management
  • Excel spreadsheets
  • Answering calls and emailing messages
  • Accounts
  • Filling system
