Working week

  • Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm. Working one in every three Saturdays 9.00am - 3.00pm with a day in lieu. Total hours per week: 37.50

Vacancy description

  • Answering the telephone re sales
  • Dealing with clients and customers, at point of sale
  • Registering applicants - Hot buyers etc
  • Filing, photo copying
  • Inputting data
  • Logging keys into the system
  • Supporting other areas of the business
  • Understand the conveyancing process from start to finish including dealing professionally with solicitors
  • Money Laundering, Data Protection, Property Misdescription, EPC Legislation, Estate Agents Act
  • Vendor Contact
  • Vendor Feedback
  • Advertising on Rightmove,, photos and floor plans
  • Time management, duty of care
  • Creating an offer, reporting an offer and filling in relevant forms
  • Negotiating and closing a deal
  • Chain management
  • Managing the mailing list
  • Development sites and New Developments (DTB Land and New Homes, Quantum Portfolio investment properties)
  • Confirming funds for prospective buyers/Mortgage referral and proof of funds
  • Money laundering training and process
