- Communicating over the telephone with clients and colleagues
- Learning how to create mechanical and electrical instruction operation and maintenance manuals for clients
- Learning how to create building energy logbook manuals for clients
- Learning how to create building user guides (BUG) manuals for clients
- Organise and report data
- Printing information for manuals
- Collating information for manuals
- Managing in house computer systems
- Sending and receiving emails
- Postal duties
- Checking deliveries
- Updating social media
- Sorting and ordering stock when required
- Filing and maintaining internal documents
- Store and retrieve information
- Scanning documents
Requirements and prospects
