Vacancy description

Duties to include:

  • Electronic and paper filing
  • Post
  • General administration
  • Setting up new starters (Emails, phone/PDA, ID)
  • Assisting with the day to day administration of HR
  • Undertaking monthly tasks such as sending Birthday cards and Anniversary wine gifts
  • Chasing for information from employees and managers
  • Updating training records and employee databases
  • Understand the company’s company policies
  • Attendance records
  • Welcoming guests/candidates
  • Setting up the training room
  • Any other tasks which are within your capabilities to meet the requirements of the business
