Vacancy description

Key Responsibilities

  • Working alongside an experienced case manager and learning the role to a practical level
  • Excellent phone manner is essential when speaking with clients and liaising with lenders/estate agents/solicitors
  • Filing, scanning, photocopying of all relevant documents ensuring the back office is up to date and well maintained. Due to the financial sector being an extremely well regulated, compliance & attention to details are a major part of the role
  • Polite, punctual and well presented
  • Processing quotations and sending them out to relevant parties
  • Diary management of events scheduled for the mortgage & protection advisors
  • Dealing with any incoming general enquiries
  • Identifying general insurance needs and discussing these with clients, quoting, advising and selling on this product area
  • After completion, ensuring that cases are closed down correctly, are fully compliant, invoices sent, and broker fees collected
