Working week

  • Monday-Friday 8:45am-5pm with 1 hour lunch Total hours per week: 37.50

Vacancy description

Duties to include:

  • Greeting clients on arrival and directing them to the appropriate fee earner
  • Switchboard duties
  • Maintain central diaries and making appointments when required
  • Ordering and delivering outgoing mail
  • Updating legal reference materials
  • Relief typing/secretarial duties
  • Ensuring file management is in accordance with Quality Procedures Manual, LAA Contract and Lexcel/SQM requirements
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment
  • Contribute to maintaining and improving office procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with Equality and Diversity Policy
  • Any other duties which from time to time are required by the firm
