Job summary: 

We’re currently looking for a dynamic and motivated team member to join our growing e-commerce business. As a customer service advisor you will be responsible for processing orders and handling customer enquiries from a range of online platforms whilst ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained in a fast paced environment.

A key part of the role will be to assist in the expansion of the business and you will be assigned a variety of ongoing projects which will evolve as you progress into the role. You will be working closely with the company directors and be provided with comprehensive training on all aspects of the business.   • Communicating over the telephone with clients and colleagues
  • Processing orders from a range of online platforms
  • Use excellent customer service continuously
  • Organise and report data
  • Managing in house computer systems
  • Maintaining and updating product listings 
  • Use a diary system
  • Sending and receiving emails
  • Preparing orders for delivery
  • Stock management
  • Invoicing clients
  • Dealing with customers over the phone to process requests
  • Filing and maintaining internal documents
  • Store and retrieve information
  • Scanning documents
