Over the 36 months you will get the opportunity to work across our people focussed workforce function specifically in Recruitment, your role will include:
  • Working as part of a specialised team to provide the best possible recruitment experience for our future employees
  • Providing administrative support to the wider Recruitment team including online/external research & suggesting innovative improvements to the overall recruitment journey
  • Proactively supporting the recruitment strategy to improve overall candidate experience through continuous survey, review, evaluation and change
  • Producing weekly management information reports, identifying risk, issues and trends & recommending a course of action to address
  • Managing a busy recruitment inbox and working with SME's to resolve quickly
  • Proactive involvement in in-house projects designed to improve the overall service offering across NHS Digital

An apprenticeship is a combination of employment provided by NHS Digital and your apprenticeship training provided by Arch Apprenticeships.

    Desired qualifications
