Working as part of the newly formed digital product management team, you'll be responsible for designing world class digital experiences for our customers.
  • You'll be responsible for working in a hybrid User Experience Design and User Interface role, potentially needed to do both for a project.
  • As an apprentice you'll have the opportunity to build a customer centric digital roadmap for our products, work with our production team to sign off developed and launch ready work and our technology team to bring your designs to life.

  • With our training and ongoing support you'll not only learn the ropes but you'll develop personally too
  • Stakeholder Management, Influencing and Presentation skills
  • You'll be customer obsessed. You'll work with our Customer Experience and Insights team and our Brand Insights team to get a deep knowledge of the customer.
  • You'll also be data obsessed. You'll work closely with our digital analytics specialists to understand how our current digital estate is performing, and analyse the work that you put live to optimise moving forward.
  • You'll be a motivated, energetic and charismatic individual to join a high performing team of other UX Designers, UI Designers and User Researchers to take our digital experiences to the next level.

Desired qualifications

Entry requirements

You'll need to achieve (or be on course to achieve) three A-Levels with a minimum of BCC grades, including a STEM subject or equivalent. You'll also need a minimum of five GCSEs at grades 4-9 (C or above) including English Language and math
