The training you will be getting

So what does an Apprentice Engineer actually do?

As our Apprentice Engineer, you will be part of an industry leading programme designed to develop the best Engineers. We will pair you with an experienced engineer who will guide and mentor you through the initial phase of your career. You'll be involved in the design and delivery of some of our exciting projects across a range of disciplines. We will teach you how to use programmes such as Computer Aided Design (CAD) to produce drawings for building and infrastructure projects. You will learn technical skills such as civil engineering calculations and report writing.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Capabilities and Qualifications:

No previous experience is required. You will be a positive and proactive team player who demonstratesenthusiasm for engineering and willingness to apply themselves in a work place environment.In addition, you must have the following:

Akeen interest in Civil Infrastructure.
3 A Levels Grade B + above in (Maths, Further Maths or Science) and English Language and/or BTEC Extended Diploma in Engineering - DMM to include Calculus to Solve Engineering Problems & Further Engineering Mathematics.
A good level of computer literacy including MS Office.
The ability to work well in a team and to work on their own initiative.
