- Completing measurement and assisting with the preparation of Bills of Quantities
- Producing tender enquiries for issue to the supply chain in order to assist with the procurement of subcontractors
- Carrying out the analysis of subcontractor quotations
- Producing payments and issuing associated notices to suppliers and subcontractors
- Collation of records required to substantiate additional payment
