What you will do in your working day
In up to 48-months our level 6 Manufacturing and Supplier Quality apprenticeship schemes will enable you to grow and develop your capabilities. Through combining university-based learning with on-the-job training you'll learn the latest skills and knowledge from our experts and develop in these key technical areas of our business:
The training you will be getting
As an apprentice within these teame you'll have a combination of project-based and operational-based rotations.
Your rotations will involve working closely with other business areas enabling you to develop a wider understanding of the business.
During your apprenticeship, you will be given the support required to develop your technical and project management skills to ensure you deliver on time and to budget, while getting hands on experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
On successful completion of this apprenticeship you are very likely to be offered a position within our world-class team with plenty of opportunity for long-term progression. We have a diverse culture and you will naturally network with different professionals throughout the business whilst completing this apprenticeship. Many of our former apprentices / trainees now occupy senior management roles within our organisation as career development is the foundation to all our apprenticeship programmes.
We'll also encourage you to apply for Professional Engineering Status with the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE).
