We want you to grow, to be challenged, and to succeed. We are offering a tailored Trainee Engineer Programme to become an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer through a three year building services academic programme, paid for by us. Where you will complete an Advance Apprenticeship in Construction and the Built Environment - Building Services (3 Years) Level 4

In between day release study, you will shadow engineers from across our organisation where you'll experience different aspects of the business in a variety of locations. You'll be able to take the theory you've learned and put it into practice.

You will have opportunities to experience first hand the work of our external suppliers and partner organisations, gaining a broader understanding of how we deliver operational excellence.

Project Management Training Scheme:
  • To complete the Project Management Training Scheme generally in line with the attached scheme details

General Management:
  • To learn how to provide engineering and management resource to direct, supervise and support all project related operations
  • Understand how to plan, develop and implement all activities associated with the efficient and profitable running of projects

Customer Service:
  • To learn how to maintain high standards of customer service
  • Monitor, review and improve through the implementation of appropriate procedures and initiatives
  • To learn how to build and maintain close contact with existing customers to assist the Project Group Manager or Project Engineer in the development of new projects

To learn how project operations are undertaken in compliance with all relevant standards and legislation through appropriate formal procedures, then execute them throughout a projects life span.
