What you will do in your working day
Our Level 6 apprentices will learn to provide technology enabled solutions to internal and/or external customers, in a range of areas including software, business and systems analysis, cyber security, data analysis and network infrastructure. They'll implement technology solutions that enable businesses to develop new products and services and to increase an organisations productivity using digital technologies.
The training you will be getting
Approximately 11% of training takes place in the QA learning centre classroom. 9% is done in the workplace, through online training, one to onemeetings with your QA Technical Skills Coach, or developing your portfolio. The remaining time will be spent on your workplace activity.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
At the end of the apprenticeship, once you have qualified, you would have developed the specialist capabilities/skills to enable you to become an expert in your chosen area. Therefore you either have the option to top-up to the next level apprenticeship so you can continue to develop academically whilst in role, or progress upwards through the business in your specialist field.
