As an Apprentice Aviation Analyst you will be responsible for the daily administration and maintenance of the Safety Reporting systems including the creation and sending of reports to the appropriate departments. As well as identifying and processing safety reports, you will measure, monitor and analyse safety occurrence data.

Key responsibilities will include producing trend analysis and other reports to the various airline departments relating to all types of safety data. As Apprentice Aviation Analyst you are responsible for the integrity and maintenance of the airline's safety reporting database through accurate data entry, detailed root cause analysis, incisive trend analysis and appropriate communication strategies. Attendance at internal and external meetings as a company representative may also be required in support of the airline's safety management system.

The Apprentice Aviation Analyst will ensure that flight data monitoring data has been received from the aircraft, and will notify the engineering teams should data be missing. Should the data show that a safety related event has taken place, the Apprentice Aviation Analyst will then be required to follow process to obtain the associated a safety report.

Your participation and support with projects within Flight Operations or the wider airline will be needed as required. You will also understand, embrace and work towards the Safety, Compliance and AOC departments' goals and objectives in line with the wider Airline goals and objectives.

Data Analyst Apprenticeship

You will be working towards your Level 4 Data Analyst qualification over a period of 24 months. The apprenticeship is fully funded by TUI, supported by your manager and delivered by a reputable training provider who is an expert in this field.

You will gain valuable work experience whilst studying for your qualification.
