Estio Training are excited to be recruiting for an Apprentice Project Manager to join their team in the Redditch area!

In your Data Analyst Apprenticeship, you will be working with large amounts of customer data, Analysts take ownership of data issues, complete complex value calculations and assist the Group in keeping data values correct.

The successful Analyst will also be expected to resolve significant data issues to deliver an enhanced customer experience.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:
  • Participate in meetings and actively engage with members of the team and other staff
  • Summarised Reporting on company data

Work in conjunction with the team to:
  • Undertake database design and development to deliver the various informatics platforms for projects
  • identifying appropriate, effective and efficient solutions that ensure a consistent approach to data issues
  • Analyse the root cause of any data defect and develop, test and execute effective corrective action
  • Ability to work on any actions from analysis through to solution implementation to agreed timescales
  • Provide input to business solution design models for individual issues
  • Work flexibly and to the demands of multiple tasks and priorities

  • Experience within a similar data analysis role (Desired but not essential)
  • Excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • IT literate including an excellent working knowledge of MicrosoftOffice is essential, in particular Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for providing excellent customer services at all times
  • Strong communication skills with people at varying levels

  • Self-motivated and keen to develop, with a willingness and desire to learn


Desired qualifications

5 GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent)including English Language and maths.
