You will be joining us as at an exciting time as we bring strong Data Analytics to the forefront of business decisions within ReAssure.

In the role of Product & Data Services Analyst, you will be responsible for creating high quality MI and interactive dashboards that drives and supports positive decision making within the business.
  • To respond to business needs by extracting data from Alpha, building Data Models and delivering a final piece of MI to meet the requirements specified
  • Carry out routine processes in line with documented procedures
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to understand business and customer needs
  • Perform high quality analysis and produce accurate output in line with requirements
  • Obtain appropriate management approvals to the required solution (in line with risk framework)
  • Deliver an easily understood solution to the end customer; taking into account their level of technical awareness
  • Hold appropriate communication with customers and stakeholders at all stages of the process
  • Deliver all services to business and customers in a timely manner to meet expectations
  • Escalate risks and issues to line management in a timely manner and assist with implementation of solution where appropriate
  • Consideration that policyholders are treated fairly and consistently in line with ReAssure strategy
  • Ensure that all processes, decision and sources of information are appropriately documented in an audit trail
  • Actively support knowledge management within the department
  • Actively participate in team meetings and workshops attended

Desired qualifications

  • A - C in GCSE English and maths or equivalent
  • Must have 2 x A Levels (including maths or ICT) or equivalent
  • Or A Level 3 apprenticeship in a similar subject
  • Or an International Baccalaureate at Level 3 in ICT
  • Or A BTEC Extended Diploma (180 credits) In ICT
