  • Proficient understanding of programmatic technology-developing a strong understanding of all relevant systems, tools, terminology and processes
  • Accurately managing campaign admin -handling campaign budgets with care and ensuring all media bookings are input promptly and accurately on DDS
  • Delivering client performance objectives -showing capability to manage audiences, media and creative effectively in order to deliver media cost and KPI objectives
  • Working With data & developing actionable performance insights -showing you can manage and interpret large volumes of data, translating this into accurate and insightful reporting on the performance of programmatic campaigns
  • Understanding the market locally & globally -developing market knowledge by building relationships with key suppliers and media owners
  • Inputting budgets into buying platforms accurately, effectively managing bids and inventory within the DSPs, conducting all billing requirements in an efficient, accurate and timely manner
  • Using all systems and tools accurately on a daily basis, ensuring all processes and best practices are being followed while using the correct terminology
  • Producing regular reporting for clients on key campaigns within agreed deadlines, ensuring that we consistently deliver quality, client friendly insights

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Performance across your client base in terms of budgets that are spent completely, buy rate targets that are achieved and KPI targets that have been delivered or exceeded
  • Sharing gained knowledge with the team and being able to articulate they unique selling points of different suppliers and media owners that we work with

Personal qualities

  • Ability to work under pressure with short deadlines and use initiative in problem solving
  • Aptitude to build and maintain strong working relationships whilst positively influencing those around you
  • High degree of numeracy and literacy
  • Able to work as an individual and within a flexible team

Desired qualifications

  • 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)
  • Degree in business, advertising, media, maths, IT would be advantageous
