The role includes administration duties such as setting up new client records, keeping IT systems and files up to date, obtaining policy valuations and answering client queries by phone or in writing to provide a high level of customer service.

  • Ensure client database records are up to date
  • Handle telephone and email enquiries
  • Scan post and file electronically
  • Organise, frank and send outgoing post
  • Create and maintain paper and paperless filing systems / client files
  • Update and maintain systems
  • Produce quotations and other documentation requested
  • Process new business including making investments , processing payments and set up bank accounts
  • Liaise with product providers
  • Attend internal meetings
  • Greet visitors

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 GCSE's grades A to C including English and Maths

Future prospects Upon completion of the apprenticeship, this company will be looking to keep the apprentice on full time. There will also be the potential to progress onto higher level apprenticeships.
