Office Administration Apprentice
Spadework is a charity based on a five acre site at Offham, near West Malling, providing life skills training for adults with learning, and other, disabilities.
On site there is a Garden Centre, Farm Shop and Café which are all open to the public seven days a week.
The adults we work with are involved in all aspects of Spadework. They work in different types of horticulture production including fruit, vegetables, bedding and perennial plants and also help to look after the grounds. There is also the opportunity to take part in Woodwork, IT and Craft activities as well as helping in the Café, Farm Shop or Garden Centre.
Spadework bridges the gap for adults with learning difficulties and other disabilities, from dependence in a supportive environment, to increasing their independence enabling them to live with dignity and purpose. Be part of the Spadework family and make a massive difference in so many lives!
