We are looking for two Associate Project Managers for Shepherds Bush Housing Association.

Every project needs to be managed to ensure its success, An associate project manager knows what needs to be achieved, how it will be achieved, how long it will take and how much it will cost, and works with the project team to achieve the required outcomes. Associate project managers need good planning, organisation, leadership, management and communication skills. An associate project manager utilises resources with suitable skills, qualifications, experience and knowledge to work together in a motivated and integrated team, with clearly defined reporting lines, roles, responsibilities and authorities.

You will be dealing with; Governance, accounting, management, procurement, planning, project risk, etc all in the housing sector.

Qualifications required
  • GCSE in Maths, English, ICT (or equivalent) Grade C or above or other relevant qualifications, relevant experience
  • Apprentices will be required to have a Level 3 apprenticeship in project management, customer service or business administration or equivalent
Future prospects Fully qualified project manager.

Things to consider This is a Level 4 apprenticeship and you will need a Level 3 in a relevant qualification and experience to apply. You must be able to commit to this apprenticeship once started. The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.50 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year. Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year. The minimum wage rates are £5.60 an hour for 18-20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over. Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
