Responsibilities:

As a Licensing Analyst at Insight your adventure includes work on projects and tasks such as:
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of our LCS practice. This may involve supporting solutions to customer specific needs and scenarios.
  • Support customer success in the field of Software Asset and Lifecycle Management
  • Acting as a key point of contact for customer projects and managed services, liaising with a wide variety of internal roles, both locally and regionally
  • Learn to work with leading technologies to deliver licensing positions, value adding reports and observations
  • To analyse customer and publisher data and agreements to perform a variety of analyses
  • Manage internal and external customer satisfaction, working towards a continually high level of pro-activity and engagement success

Personal qualities

  • Must have an interest in software and in particular licensing
  • Must be proficient in working with data analysis,particularly Excel
  • Ideally, you will have some experience in software licensing, related tools or reporting processes
  • You need to demonstrate the ability to use initiative, work under pressure and within short deadlines


Desired qualifications

5 GCSEs A*-C including maths and English and 3 A Levels A*-C or equivalent qualifications

Future prospects
