An exciting opportunity has arisen for a bright and energetic Graduate to join their Social Housing Sales team, working across the South West. the successful applicant will assist and specify this companies award winning, lo carbon social housing products.

The delivery of Social Housing specifications in the defined sales territory, operating within the Social Housing and Local Authority Channels. Responsible for creating the leads and opportunities that will generate sales of company's RMI-Public product category.

To take responsibility for sales and market from existing and new customers

The delivery of your objectives will be reliant on owning the sales process of specification through to order by working in conjunction with the local Area Distribution sales colleagues.

Enthusiastically presenting the company's products and services in a professional structured manner in order to maximize sales within new and existing accounts
Strong technical skills. Grasps technical issues and can deliver solutions to suit the customer's needs.

Business Acumen
Takes the business needs into account rather than just their own area and keeps up to date with trends within their market. Creates a differentiation for the company against competitors and is aware of the commercial impact of their own actions. Puts in to practice the core values of the company

Planning and Organising
Workload delivered within deadlines and to agreed standards, makes plans for a specialist function or project. Ensures delivery against plan and forecasts accurately using appropriate techniques. Identifies information needed and puts systems in place to ensure delivery. Minimises travel to maximise time in front of customer. Has systems in place to prioritise activities and manage administrative workload.

Understands win/win and the need to only give away when it makes commercial sense to do so by getting back commitment in return.

Measures their own performance in the role and takes full responsibility for results in their area of responsibility. Takes, seeks and makes opportunities for new business.
