About the role:
Right now we're looking for Building Structures Degree Apprentices to join our team in London. From your first day you'll join a community of experts, where everyone is supported in their career path and encouraged to work towards an accredited qualification. You would work alongside and be taught by the engineers who designed the new ticket hall at Kings Cross, the London Aquatics Centre, the Gherkin, Coal Drops Yard, La Sagrada Familia, the Etihad Stadium, and many more of the world's most ambitious structures. You'll help us to deliver effective and professional services for a range of varied and high-profile clients. While you'll have a great deal of responsibility from day one, we'll give you the chance to take on more as you progress and broaden your skills.
Building Structures:
You'll help a teamincluding engineers andtechnicianswho work with architects to model, draw and assist in designing structures made of steel, concrete, timber and other constructionmaterials. This is design work that really matters. The structures you help to design will form the frames and foundations of allkindsof buildings - from brand new sports stadia, schools anduniversities, to offices andindustrialpremises. You could also get involved in the computer modelling and drawing of external parts of buildings, such as car parks and access roads. You will alsohave the advantage of Building Information Modelling (BIM)technology, which enables us to design buildingscollaborativelyusing computer models.As part of yourapprenticeship, you'll study towards a Level 6 degreeinCivil and Infrastructure Engineering with one of our local partner universities.

A-Level maths at Grade B or above (or equivalent qualification), plus 2 A-levels (or equivalent qualifications) at grade C or above including a Science, OR a relevant Level 3 qualification/apprenticeship
