Provide Administration support to Consultants and the wider Administration team. Working as part of an Administration team, you will be responsible for processing and administering cases from the start right up until the completion of each case.

Mortgage/Protection Administration

  • Take accountability and ownership of each case
  • Complete Consultant Business Spreadsheet
  • Apply for all life applications
  • Send GP reports to doctor surgery's and chase to ensure completion.
  • Upload documentation to lenders, upon clear direction from consultant
  • Contact Lenders to confirm receipt of client paperwork
  • Instruct Solicitors
  • Contact solicitors regarding completion of legal documentation and completion dates.
  • Contact Clients to introduce themselves and request any missing documentation.
  • Upload relevant information to SWIFT
  • Complete full suitability letter for each case
  • Process mortgage and life applications through to completion
  • Provide admin support to the consultants.
  • Liaise with consultants with case updates.
  • Ensure that the consultants commissions are updated monthly
  • Complete Sales to percentage Spreadsheet
  • Upload case to completed client's file
  • Contribute to ensure the Impact company experience for clients is first class

360 System Administration

  • Input cases onto 360 and upload relevant documents
  • Ensure that expected completion dates, Impact commission values and case PDF's are entered immediately after cases have been input
  • Utilise the Task Manager tool
  • Ensure all clients data and relevant fields are entered correctly into 360
  • Ensure all mortgage offers match 360 data
  • Enter consultant's commissions into 360 and query commission differences with consultants. 7.
  • Send customer survey once cases have been completed
  • Send final completion letter to clients once all business has been completed

Qualifications required

GCSE - English, Maths C+ (or equivilent).

Future prospects Upon completion of the apprenticeship, this company will be looking to keep the apprentice on full time. There will also be the potential to progress onto higher level apprenticeships.
