What you will do in your working day
  • Ensure that all Training and Development policies and procedures are adhered to practices; maintain appropriate records and documentation related to training.
  • Responsible for SAP Success Factors maintainance.
  • Ensures all appropriate formal training is planned/provided and follow up to make sure they will be completed.
  • Act as key contact for any training requests.
  • Help with general HR Admin and filling activities.
  • Help with travel arragements.
  • Some reception cover.

The training you will be getting
  • NVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration which will involve the learner achieving mandatory units and a variety of optional units to suit their specific job

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
  • the apprentice will be highly qualified to be a professional in Training and Development and also will have very good knowledge of general HR
  • A potential full time position in the HR / Training and Development Department will offered in the end of the training program.
