NPS Property Consultants represents the strategic partnership between NPS Group and Norfolk County Council, aimed at delivering exceptional services through property maintenance and consultancy. Whilst initially a dedicated public sector partner, NPS Property Consultants' business portfolio has grown to incorporate a number of private sector clients across the East of England.

NPS Property Consultants are dedicated to nurturing talent within their teams, and in line with this are looking to recruit an Apprentice Building Services Engineer into their Mechanical Engineering team in Norwich.

This role is an excellent opportunity for you to develop a career within Mechanical Engineering, as we will support your desire to learn with expert in-house training and an industry recognised apprenticeship. You will have the opportunity to work alongside qualified professionals, helping them to complete a variety of tasks including the preparation of design drawings in AutoCAD and Revit. We will put you on a training programme which will give you the chance to develop into a fully qualified Mechanical Engineer.

What we are looking for from you:
  • A desire to learn and develop a career within a mechanical engineering profession
  • 3 A-Levels (Grade A-C) including at least one of English, maths and/or science
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to pick up new software systems quickly
  • Any experience within an engineering related discipline would be an advantage but not required to apply for the post
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
