A normal day would include
  • The successful candidate will operate as a 'project manager' with a focus on delivery and day to day client management. The role is primarily client and market facing with two main areas
  • Supporting our multinational clients in the delivery of consulting services to the headquarters;
  • Global coordination of local consulting and brokering services, in the area of medical and other insured benefit programs, or retirement arrangements, for their employees around the world.

Sponsored by the GSS leadership team, our programme also provides access to senior mentors and a "buddy network" to support your wider career development, with ample networking and experience-building opportunities.

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to deal professionally with internal and external contacts, building strong working relationships
  • Ability to work within a team to high standards and tight timescales
  • Ability to analyse situations, provide recommendations and be flexible in approach in order to resolve problems
  • Good IT skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Self-discipline, determination and an appreciation of the demands of studying while working
  • Ability to learn and follow internal procedures and controls
  • Desire to take on early responsibility
  • Initiative and an eagerness to learn
  • Be a team player

Personal qualities

  • Applicants must be authorised to work on a full-time basis in the country in which the role is located without sponsorship

Desired qualifications

  • 3 A-Levels or equivalent qualifications, ideally including subjects such as English and/or Maths (or equivalent)
