The Challenge (one to be chosen from the list below):

Working in communications is a challenging and stimulating career but often requires creativity and outside-the-box thinking. With that in mind we have decided to theme this year's challenge around the idea of 'selling the unsellable', a tough task even with an unlimited budget. Don't worry, you probably won't be asked to do anything quite as outlandish in your work at Weber Shandwick but we'd love to see how you would go about.
  • Selling Inverness as a host city of the Olympics
  • Rebranding Blackpool as the new Ibiza

How you can do it:

We know that everyone has different strengths so we want you to answer in the way that best fits your skillset. If you're great with design then why not make a video, poster or animation? If you're a bit of a wordsmith then show us what you've got in an opinion piece or a social media post. More of a digital guru? Why not talk us through how you'd run an online campaign? Don't let us limit you though, whether it's a launch event, a publicity stunt, an advertising campaign, or something totally different we want you to respond in the way that shows us what you can bring to the table.
