- To manage user requests from our customers, including creating and testing new accounts and configuring them for the software.
- This a desk based role which will include troubleshooting and handling customer queries.
- Troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
- Manage user requests from our customers inc. creating new users on the system.
- Provide technical support for customers via phone and email.
- Log all incidents and requests to our support the ticketing system.
- Supporting first and third party software.
- Support and maintain our data centres.
