Description of Vacancy
As our Marketing Apprentice, you will report directly to the Digital Campaign Executive and assist with a variety of activities within the Marketing department. You will ideally have experience of producing creative content through graphic design or writing and have the confidence to voice and execute your own innovative ideas.
You will be able to demonstrate strong social media skills as creating content, posting and scheduling will form a significant part of your role.
Assist the Digital Campaign Executive with the day to day activities of the Marketing department including (but not limited to):
Social media post planning, posting
Creation of social media images and display/affiliate banners Reporting SEO – competitive keyword rankings, landing page metrics, brand searches
Social media PPC.
Email marketing campaigns
Content production – assisting with the writing of content for campaigns.
Extra resource to call upon for project and campaign activities such as:
Monitoring of third-party analytics – advertising platforms
Outreach for link building campaigns
Meet personal qualitative and quantitative targets
Uphold the high standards expected by the company
Ensure a detailed and up to date knowledge of all company products
Execute additional tasks in order to meet departmental and business needs and changes.
£12,000 – £14,000 D.O.E
The hours of work are Monday to Friday (no weekends or bank holidays), 9am – 5pm.
1 hour for lunch (unpaid)

A*-B Maths and English or equivalent qualification
On the job training with the employer whilst working towards the Apprenticeship Framework – consisting of the Intermediate NVQ Level, Technical Certificate and Functional Skills if appropriate.
Regular work based assessments/observations carried out by Kent Training & Apprenticeships Tutor Assessor, to determine competency and meet with Awarding Body standards.
