This is an ideal opportunity for those who are interested in business admin, with an ambition to progress within a legal services firm.

You’ll be expected to be well presented, with a pleasant and positive manner, to be reliable in terms of punctuality and attendance and in respect of attending to particular tasks within given timescales and to be able to turn your hand to various jobs whilst maintaining a professional attitude at all times.

Duties:

  • Communicating over the telephone with clients and colleagues
  • Attending to reception duties
  • Use excellent customer service skills consistently
  • Organise and report data
  • Use of computer systems
  • Use a diary system
  • Sending and receiving emails
  • Postal and stationery duties
  • Filing and maintaining internal documents
  • Store and retrieve information
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Scanning documents
  • Writing and uploading unique content
  • Progressing onto working on different claims
  • Handling the digital marketing (social media) of the company

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Basic Numeracy and Literacy skills
