Vacancy description

  • To be the first point of contact for the Company
  • To provide excellent customer service, resulting in client satisfaction
  • To provide reception duties, meeting and greeting customers, suppliers, receiving goods etc
  • To maintain records accurately
  • To provide general clerical and administrative support in a busy office
  • Be able to adapt to change and working effectively
  • To be pro-active in all aspects of work, actively seeking out opportunities to learn and develop
  • Working with other finance and commercial team members to achieve results and develop good working relationships
  • Organise yourself and take responsibility for achieving results

  • A-C GCSE grades in maths and English (or the equivalent) are desirable, however not essential for this role
