Vacancy description

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an ability to provide assistance to various departments. They will be task focused and able to process data in an accurate fashion in a quick moving environment.

Main Duties:

  • Data entry
  • Dealing with returns of equipment
  • Taking detailed messages over the phone
  • Sourcing equipment
  • Use a diary system - booking engineer visits
  • Logistical booking for engineers
  • Sending and receiving emails
  • Postal duties
  • Filing and maintaining internal documents
  • Store and retrieve information
  • Processing paper work
  • Scanning documents
