Reading Housing Services has a diverse property portfolio which provides an excellent opportunity to work with buildings across a wide spectrum of age and type, including traditional, system and modular. There will also be opportunities to undertake a variety of other building surveying work, including condition surveys, party wall matters and dilapidations

You will be working under the expert guidance of Senior Building Surveyors the role focusses on the delivery of building refurbishment and maintenance projects throughout the borough.

This vacancy will provide an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and self-motivated person to join a successful team to deliver of a wide variety of projects within Reading.

This role would suit someone who:
