Vacancy description

Main duties to include;

  • Answer inbound calls
  • Call new customers
  • Put new customer information on database
  • Diary keeping for agents
  • Archiving old files
  • Filing documents
  • General administration
  • Assist in the smooth running of the office
  • Meet and greet customers
  • Registering applicants
  • Emailing clients
  • Assisting the sales team when needed

Requirements and prospects

Desired qualifications

  • Grades (or equivalent) A-C in maths and English desired, however not essential for this role. 

Future prospects

  • They are looking for an apprentice to join their team. Full time employment available once you have completed your apprenticeship.
