Main Duties: 

  • Communicating over the telephone and email customers
  • Use excellent customer service continuously
  • Organise and report data
  • Collating information
  • Postal duties
  • Fulfilling orders
  • Social media management and outreach
  • Store and retrieve information

  • Excellent people skills to be able to adapt to all levels and age groups

  • Basic Numeracy and Literacy skills
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft, Excel packages and Social Media Platforms

Desired qualifications

  • GCSE A-C in maths and English (or the equivalent) are desirable however not essential.

  • Functional Skills in maths and English if necessary
