- Communicating over the telephone and email customers
- Use excellent customer service continuously
- Organise and report data
- Collating information
- Postal duties
- Fulfilling orders
- Social media management and outreach
- Store and retrieve information

- Excellent people skills to be able to adapt to all levels and age groups

- Basic Numeracy and Literacy skills
